These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are intended to define the conditions under which users can purchase and use the paid services offered on the ImageBreak.com platform, including:

• The purchase of prepaid credits
• Subscribing to monthly subscriptions.

Access to the ImageBreak.com website is free and open, with no account creation required.

On the other hand, purchasing credits or subscribing to a plan requires creating a user account.

Prepaid credits:

• Credits allow access to certain features of the platform (e.g., image generation, etc.). Valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Non-refundable and non-transferable.

Monthly subscriptions:

• The platform offers monthly plans that automatically renew. The subscription can be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current period. No partial refunds are issued.

• Prices are displayed in euros (€) and US dollars ($).
• Payment is possible via Stripe or PayPal, in the user's local currency.
• All payments are converted to euros or dollars, with no additional fees: the conversion costs are covered by ImageBreak.
• An electronic invoice is generated after each payment.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, no right of withdrawal applies as soon as:

• You are purchasing digital content (credits or subscription),
• This content is delivered immediately after payment.
• And you expressly agree to waive your right of withdrawal by confirming your order.

Thus, no refunds or cancellations are possible once the purchase is confirmed.

The user is solely responsible for accessing their account. The platform reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of abuse, fraud, or non-compliance with these terms.

ImageBreak.com makes every effort to ensure the availability and security of the service, but cannot be held responsible:

• Service interruptions due to maintenance, third parties, or force majeure.
• Data loss or credits due to improper use of the platform

All elements of the site (logos, texts, interfaces, scripts, tools) are the exclusive property of ETHIC SEIDO. The ETHIC SEIDO brand is registered with the INPI. Any reproduction, representation, or exploitation without authorization is prohibited.
